Product Fulfillment: Our
policy is to provide the latest models available from the manufacturers and
suppliers we use to source the brand name merchandise displayed at this site.
Due to supplier changes and availability, we reserve the right to remove a
product from the company store and/or offer a reasonable substitute. In the
event a similar product substitute is not available at the time of redemption,
we will notify the award recipient to redeem a different award in the same
point category.
Customer Service/Returns: All
manufacturer warranties apply to items fulfilled from our sites. These
warranties vary depending on the manufacturer, but most products guarantees are
for a minimum of one year. Most of the DI products are from brand name
manufacturers and distributed at retail, thus minimizing potential product
problems. However, we will accept returns under conditions specified in our
agreement with you.
Pricing: Digital Incentive
reward products are shipped from various warehouses around the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on availability. Our quoted charges for freight
and handling are set by the vendors based on their volume discounts and are
passed through to our clients. We do not mark up freight and handling. The
various price categories in a quote and thus at a website are based on
delivered costs. We reserve the right to pass through any shipping (not
product) increases to our current contracted customers. Please note that when
the delivered cost of an item exceeds the current category parameters, the item
will default to a higher cost category, thus enabling you to maintain
promotional cost averages.
