sourcing product and prices. We also provide over 20 product categories to

Building the store: After hours and hours of building a quote, let’s
assume your client accepts your quote and agrees to a store. Someone still has
to build the store. With the Digital Incentive System there is no software to
buy. We use a variety of template designs to provide a great looking
storefront. Product text and graphics are already built and ready to go when
your customer is. Since the DI database is integrated with the website, we can
have a store up and running in a fraction of the time it would take you to
source product images and text, build the products, and create a storefront.

Program Management: To put it simply, going online with a rewards
program is easier and less expensive than the old print program way. The key
ingredient required is an email address, which most company provide to their
employees in order to keep them informed on a daily basis. We have developed a
store portal with an easy to remember URL address – bizrewards.biz. This
portal is designed to make it easy for people to enroll in any program.
Participants will not have to navigate a complicated website but just put in a
store ID, their email address and password. Each DI website is built with links
for participant questions and ‘contact us’ information, so they can contact DI
customer service via phone, email, or fax. Our sites are user friendly, but in
the event that a participant needs personal help, we will assist them over the
phone. Assignment of points must be done by management, but are easily uploaded
– all ONLINE.
Order processing and Fulfillment: Redemption fulfillment also flows
easier ONLINE. Once sufficient points are accumulated, participants can logon
and order with a click of the mouse. The orders arrive instantaneously and are
ready for processing. There are no paper forms to slow down the processing and
delivery time. In addition, our system provides order confirmation and shipping
confirmation emails so participants are notified as to their reward status.
Billing: Since all product and price data is already in the quotation,
billing too can be accomplished with the DI system. Bills are generated from

How to use Digital Incentive.com __ Distributor Tools

Set up My account:
Access to the Digital Incentive database is available by first building your
account like most websites. The only data we require up is basic such as your
name, address, email address etc., but we need you to register so we know who
is generating and sending the quotes.

Fill in the Prospect General Information.
We don’t require your customers’ name and information to run a quote. However,
if you put it in the system, the quote will have your clients name on it, and
appear more professional. If you elect not to list their name, we recommend you
name your quotes such as Client quote 1 etc. and keep a written record if you
run more than one quote. Key data to collect is both the number of participants
and number of products in the store. OUR TURNKEY PACKAGES ARE PRICED ON THESE
NUMBERS. (Please see program comparison).

Build the quote: Assuming your client has some interest in a rewards
program, the next step is designing their program. We have designed our website
digitalincentive.com to create any program by following 3 basic steps. They are
Store selection, Product Selection, and Program selection. Defining these three
categories will provide most of the major information to design a quote and
ultimately your clients’ store. For distributors, these steps have been
integrated into the Prospect General Information and Create a Quote sections.
The fastest way to generate a quote is to use one of the turnkey programs
listed below. If your customer has specific needs that you don’t feel are
covered with the packages, please call us and we will assist.
Note: The quotation will not only have the product and price level categories
on it but the services provided with that program selected. This should answer most
specific questions covering the website, data management, and fulfillment.

Make the presentation:
You can present your quote in person and provide a print copy or the quote can
be emailed to your client. They can then review it at their convenience. This
facilitates running multiple quotes to multiple clients. All quotes can be
saved in the system so you are not searching for the files when you need to
follow up. We are available to answer any specific questions that may arise
from the quotation. You can call any of the numbers at our website.

Quote Acceptance: We are currently preparing some written forms for us
to accept a quote and build a store. These will include a sales agreement,
credit application, and the store information that was gathered in the Prospect
General Information section. Please look for them to be posted in the
DI Distributor section, which is accessible by clicking on the distributor link
in the lower left hand corner of the digitalincentive.com home page. Remember,
the system is integrated, so if your client accepts a quote we can get the
store up and running in a fraction of the time you would spend building it
yourself.
